We answer press email the same day whenever we can. If you are working to a same-day deadline, put the deadline time in the subject line and we will prioritize it. We can also do custom pulls, for example filings in a single ZIP, city, or council district, or a specific date range, usually within a few hours.

Where Our Data Comes From
Foreclosure filings come from county trustee sale notices and clerk records. Tax delinquency comes from Harris County tax office records. Code violations come from City of Houston code enforcement notices. We parse and normalize the source records, retain the original values rather than rewriting them, and apply human review before publishing. These are public records. We do not add information about individuals beyond what appears in those records and standard commercial property data.
