Account info (email, name, phone), billing info handled by Stripe, usage logs, and any property notes you save. We do not sell your data.
How We Use It
To provide the service, send daily property alerts you've opted into, process payments via Stripe, and improve features. Skip-trace lookups are processed by Tracerfy under our agreement.
Public Records
Property data is sourced from public Harris County and City of Houston records and is not personal information about you.
