Acceptable Use
The data is for your own real estate investing activities. No resale, no scraping, no redistribution of bulk records to third parties.
Billing
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account.
Indemnification & Governing Law
You agree to indemnify Houston Foreclosure Alerts against claims arising from your use. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
